About the Role
The Cargo Services Agent is responsible for supporting daily cargo handling operations within the warehouse facility while ensuring full compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role includes handling various types of cargo, coordinating shipment processing, maintaining operational performance, and ensuring all safety and security requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
As a Cargo Services Agent, your responsibilities will include:
Retrieve and store cargo safely within warehouse storage locations.
Handle dangerous goods, valuables, perishables, live animals, courier shipments, and diplomatic mail according to approved procedures.
Prioritize the breakdown, build-up, and delivery of special and priority cargo.
Complete cargo build-up and breakdown activities efficiently.
Ensure timely cargo delivery while maintaining operational KPIs.
Coordinate with various cargo operational departments to support on-time performance.
Follow cargo handling procedures and service level agreements with airline customers.
Maintain compliance with safety, security, and operational standards.
Complete assigned operational tasks within specified timelines.

Required Qualifications
