Requirements
Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate in a relevant field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management, preferably in the oil and gas or a large industrial environment.
Knowledge of inventory control, material handling, warehousing, and stock management procedures.
Experience using ERP systems for material receipts, issues, returns, transfers, and inventory updates.
Ability to inspect and verify materials against purchase orders and identify discrepancies.
Familiarity with stock counting, inventory reconciliation, and reporting processes.
Knowledge of spare parts, consumables, tools, and warehouse operations.
Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and safe material handling practices.
Ability to operate a forklift (certification preferred, if applicable).
Good computer skills, particularly in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Physically fit to perform warehouse duties, including occasional loading, unloading, and outdoor site visits.
