Key Responsibilities
Performs any tasks assigned by the supervisor or charge hand in the designated work area, which may include:
- Filling line operations.
- Packing and storage.
- Blending and production.
- Loading and unloading as necessary.
- Receipt of raw materials.
Maintains proper housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment while continuously minimizing production losses.
Participates in the effective execution of the Quality System.
Is required to work in shifts.
Additional responsibilities as outlined in the Company’s Rules and Delegation of Authority Manual.
Qualifications & Experience
To excel as an Helper at ENOC, candidates should have:
High School Certificate and/or Apprentice from a recognized institute.
3 - 4 years experience in hands-on production of lube oil & grease plant or any related process/packaging industry in a reasonably complex multinational environment.
