Federal Bank Officer Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Applicants must hold a Postgraduate degree from a recognized University established by an Act of the Central or State legislature in India.
- Universities or institutions recognized under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 or equivalent institutions approved by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or AICTE are also eligible.
- Candidates must have obtained at least 60% aggregate marks in Class X, Class XII / Diploma, Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
Age Limit (as on 01.10.2025)
- Maximum age limit: 27 years (born on or after 01.10.1998).
- Candidates with at least one year of experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector can avail of a relaxation of 1 year (maximum 28 years).
- SC/ST candidates can apply up to 32 years of age (born on or after 01.10.1993).
Experience
- Applicants with relevant experience in sales, client relationship management, or the BFSI industry will be given preference.

The starting basic pay for Officers (Scale I) is ₹48,480 in the following pay scale structure:
₹48,480 – 2000/7 – 62480 – 2340/2 – 67160 – 2680/7 – 85920
