Job Overview – Receptionist
As a Receptionist at Premier Inn Dubai International Airport, you will be the first point of contact for guests. Your role is vital in creating a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers in line with Premier Inn brand standards
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and professionally
- Answer guest inquiries related to room rates, promotions, hotel services, and nearby attractions
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and payment processing accurately
- Follow cash-handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy
- Identify corporate leads and support long-term guest relationships
- Encourage online guest feedback and promote positive brand engagement
- Review guest feedback and suggest service improvement opportunities
- Perform general front office and administrative duties
- Coordinate effectively with other hotel departments to resolve guest requests or complaints
- Ensure guest safety by following hotel safety guidelines and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Front Office staff
Knowledge of Opera PMS is required
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Arabic language skills (speaking, reading, and writing) are mandatory
Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Flexible, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
