- Minimum age: 18 years
- Educational Qualification:
- 12th Pass, OR
- 10th + 2-Year ITI Certificate, OR
- 10th + 3-Year Polytechnic Diploma
- Technical Qualification: Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator Certificate authorized by UIDAI
- Basic Computer Knowledge required
- Note: Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) are not eligible
